Building Levata™: A Postpartum Retreat From the Ground Up

The nation’s first purpose-built postpartum retreat and surgical aftercare sanctuary is coming to Lehi, Utah.

Levata™ is the first its kind in the United States—created specifically for mothers and their newborns.

It will also serve as a women’s surgical recovery retreat, offering a private, supportive environment for women healing after surgery. Together, these experiences blend hospitality, healthcare, and emotional support within a single 32-room, 38,000-square-foot facility.

From 24/7 professional nursery care and healthcare monitoring to chef-prepared meals, lactation support, mental health resources, and spa services, Levata™ is redefining what recovery can look like. It’s not a hospital—and it’s not a hotel. It’s an entirely new category built around rest, dignity, and healing.

Launching something this new comes with a unique challenge: there is no existing playbook.
